Our refund and returns policy lasts 24hours of the product delivered. If 24hours have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Products purchased cannot be returned. In case of poor quality received, products can be exchanged or the refund can be initiated but only at the discretion of Jiffy Foods Pvt Ltd. For this, you can mail at info@bakitos.com within 24hours of your purchase along with the picture of the product received.

Once your mail is received, We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your bank account, within a certain amount of days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@bakitos.com

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@bakitos.com.

to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
